I want to clarify first that it’s hard to know exactly what leads to what outcome with PMOS. However, since I started taking this product, I feel so so so much better. My periods are regular, my energy levels are higher, and I just feel all around better. And I’m not even that good at taking it twice a day regularly. If you have PMOS, I honestly think this is worth a try for you. I was worried about the taste, because I’m usually sensitive to such things, but I actually quite like it.

Fab product - delivery is speedy and when it isn’t the CS team is quick to resolve

I’ve been using this for the past 2 months and have genuinely noticed a difference. My periods are now more regular, and I’ve felt a positive change in my hormones, which was my main reason for trying it.

It’s so convenient, easy to take on the go, and I love that you can take it directly or mix it into a drink. I’ve recommended it to so many people and they’ve loved it too!😍

I wanted to take it because my hormones were all over the place. It helped alot with my energy and it also seemed to help with my metabolism! Not a fan of the taste but I mask it with juice (100% natural) or abit of water!

I’ve been using this for the last 3 months and felt so much better for it. My periods are now regular and I’ve also felt a change in my hormones, which was my main concern. I like that it’s so handy and you can take it anywhere with you, but also very versatile so you can take it straight by the mouth or you can dilute it in your drink and take it that way. I have recommended this product is so many people and they’ve said the same thing.

This, alongside Ovastart, has been pivotal in managing my PMOS/PCOS symptoms. It helps to quieten the “food noise” and cravings I get throughout the day. I feel more energised and less groggy. Thank you!

I suffer from ‘lean’ PCOS and came off the pill a year and a half ago to manage my symptoms naturally. I completely changed my lifestyle and all my symptoms cleared, however my period still did not return. I tried a number of other inositol supplements but they made me so bloated I couldn’t take for longer than a week. After taking SOVA for the last 3 months my period returned after 1.5 years - I have had 3 periods since, with my cycles getting shorter and shorter, my most recent one now down to just 33 days!! I am sure this would have been the case for many inositol supplements but this is the only one I have found that my body can tolerate. Cannot recommend enough 🩷

I have ovulated the past 3 cycles since taking this and I can't remember the last time I ovulated 3 cycles in a row. So I'm definitely going to keep taking it and hoping i get pregnant soon

It's been 3 months, and the anovulation bleeding that I've been experiencing for the past 6 months has stopped this month!
My periods are still longer than usual, but seem to be more regular. I'm going to keep taking to see if it makes any difference to my hair growth etc, but it's great to see some positives! Definitely think you have to push through and take for several months to see any impact.

Very sattisfied, the product is easy to take and no side effects. I recommend 100% to women with PCOS.
I can see improvement in my period and reduced bloating.

More than 3 months of using it. Helped with my irregular periods, and improved my acne so much.
Sachet are quite hard to open sometimes.

Most reviews say you start to notice results after 3 months. I haven't quite hit 3 months yet, but I know from a reliable source that it works. Keep your fingers crossed for me! And do give it a go.

In 2012 I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis. Since then I've had several surgeries to try to reduce my period pain and shrink the cysts on both ovaries (10cm on the left, 12cm on the right).

After yet another operation in 2024, I decided I would never go under the knife again - because apart from enormous pain, scarring, worry and anxiety, nothing ever changed with my symptoms. The cysts always came back. The period pain too. In 2026, I changed gynaecologist. This time she wasn't a surgeon, and she wasn't pro-surgery either - thank goodness!

A few days before my first appointment with this new gynaecologist, my boyfriend came across a SOVA post on Instagram. I mentioned it to her straight away and she said it sounded like a good idea to try. So I started a three-month course of Bye Painful Periods and omega-3. How do I explain that all my period pain reduced and eventually disappeared?
I struggled to believe it, but it was genuinely true! I still had the cysts, but I was managing to live again! Going out for dinner during my period, walking upright during that time of the month. Now I no longer dread my period at all! I'm currently on the ovastart treatment - starting a 3-month course. I'm hopeful that this time the cysts will shrink and eventually disappear - that we can naturally clear it all out!

God bless SOVA for helping me discover a peace I've never known before. I started my period at age 9. I was diagnosed with endometriosis at 18. I found peace at 32. Thank you SOVA. I pray that what comes next is even more peaceful and beneficial. I sincerely hope the cysts will disappear so my body can be at rest and at peace.

PS: on the scan, the cysts are the two lumps/grapefruits in the lower left. I'll be sure to share a before and after of my tummy once they've gone 🙏

I started this product 3 months ago. I've just come through 2 years without a period (except when on stimulation) and now I've had a period plus ovulation. Incredible.

I'm still only about 5 weeks in, but I have started to notice the moonface in my cheeks has gone down particularly in photographs. Still too early to notice any other changes but I'm hopeful that it's making a difference.
