I would love it more if it was only inositol 40:1 without the other components.
Also it is very hard to open some of the sachets
I'm still only about 5 weeks in, but I have started to notice the moonface in my cheeks has gone down particularly in photographs. Still too early to notice any other changes but I'm hopeful that it's making a difference.
My PCOS has been under control, less cravings and spots, good quality supplement. I recommend it!

I cannot stress enough how these sachets have actually helped me. Dealing is PCOS is never easy, but I can definitely say that its great to have some help. No more hormonal acne, way more bearable cramps, better energy and moods. Honestly, if you haven’t tried them, give them a go, because if they work for you (personal to everyone I must day, they aren’t a miracle) but if it does work, you won’t look back.
Ive taken other inositol products but this one is so convenient. The sachets come everywhere with me.
I have struggled for years but only recently have a PCOS diagnosis. I felt a huuuuge difference from taking the blood sugar pills and love the sticks, but I wish I was better at remembering to take them before bed!

I'm around 6 weeks into using SOVA and I'm so glad that after 38 years with pcos I've found something that helps. Sugar cravings are now non existent, I'm feeling more energised and balanced. I have yet to see a direct impact on my cycles (my average is 45days long) but hopeful that after 3 months of use I'll see a difference. Skin is clearer, and I find it easy to use. I've tried wegovy, Metformin amongst others and this is by far the best supplementation I've been on.
Suffering from PCOS since age 13, this product changed my life. Started back in December, just finished my 3months as recommended (for any supplements), and I feel way better. Pcos belly disappearing slowly slowly. My metabolism increased. I had terrible acne, and it has reduced since. My menstruations started to be regular. My brain is now less foggy. I bought this product for excess hair and acne reduction. I still have to use it more to see results.
So first of all the powder sachets are easy to take, no nasty taste or anything. After the first month, my period got so regular ever since, like a swiss clock 😁
My face acne has improved significantly also. My hair loss seems to have some improvements but it’s hard to say as I have a horrible scalp eczema I am trying to get rid of.
But these powder sachets are definitely helping pcos symptoms.
Unfortunately I reacted to the tablets within a week or two of taking them with meals. Starting feeling bloated and super full all day, plus I was nonstop burping, so I've had to stop. I'm guessing it's the Berberine that's causing the issue.
The Ovastart powder sachets on the other hand has been great and I will continue to take it. I've had less cravings overall. I'll just have to find an alternative to the Sugar Balance for now.

Been taking consistently for 3 months and in that time i have had two periods, something which is really unusual for me. I have tried many inositol supplements previously but I feel this one has made a difference.
I've used the inisotol sachets for 3 months (9 months total using inisotol), sadly it hasn't improved my PCOS symptoms (anovulation) and I will be looking at other options to help manage my symptoms. I suspect inisotol just isn't right me, it doesn't work for everyone, opposed to there being anything wrong with this product in particular.
I came off the contraceptive pill whilst taking this supplement. Had regular periods by month 3. Less cravings and more controlled PMS symptoms
