Hello, I've been using SOVA products for my PCOS since September 2025. My main symptoms were excessive hair growth, insulin resistance, and dreadful hair with lots of shedding.
I've been using Inositol, Sugar Balance, and Magnesium. Since starting these, my hair has grown so much and is full of life. My skin is much softer, and my face is far less oily (it used to be oily all the time!).
I think my insulin resistance is improving too, as I've started an intense exercise programme and am watching my carb intake (I've lost a good amount of weight!).

I've always had irregular periods and a long cycle, but since I started using Ovastart and Sugar Balance around May/June, I've been having regular periods every month. I was diagnosed with PCOS 12 years ago when I was 18, and I've been on the pill ever since as it was the only treatment recommended to me. For the past two years, I've been off the pill and have experienced quite a rollercoaster of hormonal ups and downs, with very long cycles (over three months), a return of acne, and severe PMS, among other things. I've been using OvaStart for a year now, alongside maintaining a really good lifestyle—balanced diet, moderate exercise, no alcohol, and so on. While I haven't quite reached my goal of having cycles between 32 and 35 days, my cycles are definitely much shorter and more regular than they used to be. My endocrinologist mentioned that this is normal and that it can take a long time, depending on the individual. As for period pains, I don't have them at all anymore, which is incredible because I used to suffer terribly (to the point of fainting). Plus, my anxiety has significantly decreased. I'm really pleased because, unlike others, this product doesn't have much of a taste. I've noticed a positive change in my mood and energy levels. Although my cycle hasn't returned to normal yet, that might be due to having my coil removed. I highly recommend it!
I'm pleased to see that since stopping the pill and starting Ovastart, my body is improving. It's been three months now, and my periods are more noticeable (though not quite regular yet), but they are definitely there. I bought this product to help with skin problems, particularly acne and hair growth. While I haven't noticed much change in hair growth yet, my hormonal acne has completely cleared up, and my skin looks so much better. I can really see the difference. I’d also say it’s had a positive effect on my mood, with far fewer down moments... I’m not sure if that’s thanks to the product, but either way, I highly recommend it as it’s really helped me!
I've been taking the avatar for 6 months now, and by the second month, my periods became regular again after years of irregularity.
