I’ve really enjoyed taking this supplement and do feel like I’m feeling the effects of it too. Doesn’t mix too well into water (usually loses residue into the glass) so I tend to just put the powder directly into my mouth and wash it down - I don’t think this is much of an issue though. Really happy I found Sova and will continue taking this supplement!

Since the beginning of my "sugar balance" and omega 3 treatment, my weight has stayed where I used to gain it very, very easily. The cravings are still there but much less than before. It took 2 months to make a judgment, but it's encouraging! There is no miracle for my PCOS, but clearly a feeling of well-being.

I have been taking the Ovastart treatment for just over a month now. Indeed, some symptoms have been alleviated such as fatigue and hair loss. However, I am still waiting for my period, which has been absent since I stopped my contraception in June 2024. I remain hopeful that the magic will work. I have been using sugar balance for almost three months and I have noticed some differences, especially regarding post-meal fatigue and hunger. I am less hungry in the afternoon and have less craving for sugar, so I imagine the product is working. I would have liked to lose some weight with it, which doesn't seem to be the case, but I am waiting to finish the three months, maybe do another three months and see where I am. In any case, I recommend it, especially for afternoon fatigue, it really made a difference.
Almost 3 months of use and my period has returned! Before, I had cycles of more than 60 days and very long periods. My cycles are still long, but there is improvement and regularity. Regarding the PCOS effects, especially hair growth, I don't know... I will continue the treatment associated with sugar balance.
