Started using this supplement and felt instantly better in my mood, after a month and a half I then had my first period since coming off the pill and being told I had PCOS. Will definitely continue to use and I hope the progress continues.

I got diagnosed with PCOS when I was 12 I am now 29 I've suffered 17 years back and forth to doctors to no avail. I came across sova and ordered straight away. I didn't expect so many benefits so quickly. Of course, you have to be consistent in taking this dietary supplement daily. I don't know if it's the Omega 3 alone or the Ovastart-Omega 3 combo, but my inflammations have been reduced. My waking up for the past few weeks has been less laborious, less painful too. I feel much more energetic and experience less mental fog. I am continuing the treatment I took for three months... I am nearing the end soon, an order I plan to place in a few days. I’ve really enjoyed taking this supplement and do feel like I’m feeling the effects of it too. Doesn’t mix too well into water (usually loses residue into the glass) so I tend to just put the powder directly into my mouth and wash it down - I don’t think this is much of an issue though. Really happy I found Sova and will continue taking this supplement!
