Hello, I've been using SOVA products for my PCOS since September 2025. My main symptoms were excessive hair growth, insulin resistance, and dreadful hair with lots of shedding.

I've been using Inositol, Sugar Balance, and Magnesium. Since starting these, my hair has grown so much and is full of life. My skin is much softer, and my face is far less oily (it used to be oily all the time!).

I think my insulin resistance is improving too, as I've started an intense exercise programme and am watching my carb intake (I've lost a good amount of weight!).

I was diagnosed with PCOS 12 years ago when I was 18, and I've been on the pill ever since as it was the only treatment recommended to me.
