HOW & WHEN TO USE
Sugar Balance: For best results, take 2 Sugar balance capsules a day, with meals, preferably breakfast and/or lunch.
Ovastart: For optimum results, take 2 sticks per day, one stick just before your first meal of the day and the other just before your last meal. Ideally, morning and evening.
If you don't have breakfast in the morning, take your stick and capsules at lunchtime.
If you forget to take a stick at the start of a meal, don't worry, you can take it either during or after food.
If zinc provides discomfort when first taking (digestive discomfort, nausea), we recommend you start with an easing-in phase taking 1 stick per day after food, for one week.
Consumption on an empty stomach may cause digestive discomfort.
Sugar Balance: As the taste of the ingredients is very strong, we do not recommend opening the capsules.
Ovastart: After several months of significant progress, you may switch to 1 stick per day only, as a maintenance course.

Ingredients
Berberis
Berberis is a shrub in the Berberidaceae family. Berberine is an alkaloid found in this plant. It has long been used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine. This molecule helps to improve glycemic control, maintain normal cholesterol levels and control plasma triglycerides.
Cinnamon
Ceylon cinnamon comes from the bark of the cinnamon tree. It belongs to the Lauraceae family and has been used as a popular spice for thousands of years throughout the world. In addition to its culinary uses, cinnamon has also been part of the Asian pharmacopoeia for several thousand years. It is traditionally used to promote carbohydrate balance and, consequently, to maintain normal blood sugar levels.
Chromium
Chromium, an indispensable mineral, helps maintain normal blood glucose levels. Chromium helps regulate the body's insulin secretions and contributes to maintaining normal blood sugar levels. Chromium's main mechanism of action is directly linked to chromodulin. This molecule binds to chromium and increases insulin receptor signalling to promote insulin action.
Gymnema

I'm not diagnosed, can I take it?
In the case of hormonal disorders marked by severe PMS, constant fatigue and unexplained weight gain, this bunble will be of interest.
For pre-menopausal women, the bunble can also help battle metabolic syndrome.
When will I start to feel the effect?
This depends on the individual woman and the severity of the hormonal imbalance.
With this bundle, some women may see results as soon as one month after starting the supplement, while others might take a bit longer. That's why we recommend a minimum course of treatment of 3 to 6 months to fully assess the benefits.

Can I take this bundle in addition to a supplement that already contains Inositol?
We do not recommend taking Ovastart in addition to supplements which also contain Myo-Inositol or D-chiro Inositol. It is preferable not to exceed the daily dose of 4000mg of Inositol.
I can't swallow the capsules. Can I open it and take it diluted in water?
Unfortunately, Sugar Balance has a very strong taste and taken diluted in water. Turn to Ovastart instead if you can't swallow the capsules.
I'm on an ART program, can I take these products?
There are no contraindications, but we recommend that you talk to your gynaecologist beforehand.
Can I take these products if I'm on anti-diabetic medication?
Sugar Balance is contraindicated for diabetics and people on anti-diabetic medication, notably because of Berberine. As the effects of Sugar Balance can be comparable to anti-diabetic medications, risks of hypoglycaemia are increased, and you therefore cannot take both at the same time. If you are under anti-diabetic medication, I advise you to go for Ovastart only.
Can I take the bundle if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Sugar balance contains Berberine, which increases uterine contractions and is therefore incompatible with pregnancy.
Sugar balance is also incompatible with breastfding.
If you are in that case, I advise you to go for Ovastart alone.
