How to use

For optimal use, take 2 sticks of Ovastart and 3 capsules of Sugar Balance per day.

For Ovastart:
Take one stick just before your first meal of the day and the other just before your last meal — ideally morning and evening.
When you notice significant improvements after several months, you can reduce to 1 stick per day only.

For Sugar Balance:
Take the 3 capsules spread across 2 to 3 meals, preferably morning, lunch, and evening.
Do not take on an empty stomach.

If you have the previous version of Balance tes sucres, please take 2 capsules per day, as indicated on your product label.

Taking it on an empty stomach may cause digestive discomfort.

Because the ingredients in Sugar Balance have a strong taste, we do not recommend opening the capsules.

If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, we suggest switching to Ovastart.

If you forget to take your Ovastart stick at the beginning of your meal, you can take it before or after the meal.

If you experience sensitivity to zinc when starting Ovastart (digestive discomfort, nausea), we recommend beginning with an adaptation phase: take 1 stick per day for one week.

Can I take this pack alongside another Inositol-based supplement?

We do not recommend taking Ovastart in addition to other supplements containing Myo-Inositol or D-Chiro-Inositol. It’s best not to exceed a daily dose of 4000 mg of Inositol.

When will I start to feel the effects?

That depends on each woman and the severity of her hormonal imbalance. This is why we recommend a minimum 3- to 6-month course to properly assess the benefits.
