How to use & safety information
Dosage
- Take 2 sticks per day: one before your first meal and one before your last meal (morning and evening).
- If you skip breakfast, take the first stick with lunch.
- After several months of improvement, you may reduce to 1 stick per day.
- If you forget a dose, you can take it before or after eating.
Tips for Tolerance
- Some may experience mild digestive discomfort or nausea due to zinc. If this happens, start with 1 stick per day with food for the first week.

- Compatible with treatments for hyperandrogenism.

Inositol
Inositol is a type of sugar found in every cell of the human body. It’s naturally present in foods such as meat, fruits, corn, seeds, and vegetables. There are nine stereoisomers of inositol, the most important being myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol. In addition to its role in the development of cell membranes, inositol can also influence insulin activity and certain chemical messengers in the brain. This may affect the body's ability to manage metabolic and mental health disorders.
Zinc
Zinc is an essential mineral involved in over 200 enzymatic reactions in the human body. It plays a key role in the development of female reproductive cells, fertility, and pregnancy. Beyond its reproductive functions, zinc is vital for various aspects of cellular metabolism — supporting immunity, protein synthesis, cell signalling and division, maintaining healthy skin and hair, normal carbohydrate metabolism, and protecting cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin B9
Also known as folate, vitamin B9 is essential for the proper functioning of the body. It cannot be synthesised by the body and must therefore be obtained through food or supplementation. I’ve really enjoyed taking this supplement and do feel like I’m feeling the effects of it too. Doesn’t mix too well into water (usually loses residue into the glass) so I tend to just put the powder directly into my mouth and wash it down - I don’t think this is much of an issue though. Really happy I found Sova and will continue taking this supplement!

We don’t recommend combining Ovastart with other supplements that also contain Myo-Inositol or D-Chiro-Inositol. It’s best not to exceed a daily intake of 4000mg of Inositol.
When will I start feeling the effects?
It depends on each woman and the severity of the hormonal imbalance. With OVASTART, some may see their menstrual cycle return after just one month, while for others it may take a bit more time.
That’s why we recommend a 3- to 6-month routine to truly experience the benefits.
If you’re dealing with significant insulin resistance, we suggest combining Ovastart with a 3-month course of Balance tes Sucres for optimal results.
