How & When to use
For optimum results, take 2 sticks per day: one stick just before your first meal of the day and the other just before your last meal. Ideally, morning and evening.
If you don't have breakfast in the morning, take your stick at lunchtime.
After several months of significant progress, you may switch to 1 stick per day only, as a maintenance course.
If you forget to take a stick at the start of a meal, don't worry, you can take it either during or after food.
If zinc provides discomfort when first taking (digestive discomfort, nausea), we recommend you start with an easing-in phase taking 1 stick per day after food, for one week.

Ingredients
Inositol
Inositol is a natural sugar present in all cells of the human body, acting as an important secondary messenger in the body. There are nine different stereoisomers, among which the most important ones are myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol. Myo-inositol is the most common form, naturally found in various foods such as meat, fruits, corn, seeds, and vegetables.
Our myo-inositol is obtained through corn fermentation, while D-chiro-inositol is extracted from carob seeds.
Zinc
Zinc, a mineral essential to the human body, is involved in over 200 enzymatic reactions. It plays an important role in the growth of female reproductive cells, fertility and pregnancy. Beyond its reproductive functions, zinc is vital for various aspects of cellular metabolism, contributing to immunity, protein synthesis, cell signalling and division, maintenance of healthy skin and hair, normal carbohydrate metabolism, and protection of cells against oxidative stress.
Vitamin B9
Vitamin B9, also known as folate, is crucial for the body's proper functioning. It is not synthesized by the body, and must therefore be supplied through food or supplementation. It plays an important role during pregnancy, promoting the growth of maternal tissues. Our formula uses Quatrefolic®, a patented form of active vitamin B9, ensuring high bioavailability.
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 is essential in the human body, acting as a coenzyme and participating in over 100 enzymatic reactions linked mainly to protein metabolism. It is also involved in the metabolism of amino acids, carbohydrates and lipids. Ovastart versus other Inositol-based supplements

We do not recommend taking Ovastart in addition to supplements which also contain Myo-Inositol or D-chiro Inositol. It is preferable not to exceed the daily dose of 4000mg of Inositol.
When will I start to feel the effects?
This depends on the individual woman and the severity of the hormonal imbalance.
With OVASTART, some women may see results as soon as one month after starting the supplement, while others might take a bit longer. That's why we recommend a minimum course of treatment of 3 to 6 months to fully assess the benefits.

Should I wait until the beginning of my cycle to start Ovastart?
Ovastart is a hormone-free dietary supplement, so you can start your treatment at any time during your cycle! The key is to take your treatment regularly, every day for 3 months.
Is Ovastart compatible with the pill? Or with my anti-androgen treatment?
Yes, Ovastart is compatible with all treatments. However, if you are taking an anti-diabetic medication, please do not take Ovastart at the same time as your treatment (e.g. if you are taking an anti-diabetic medication in the morning and evening, take only one stick of Ovastart at lunchtime) to avoid any side effects.
I'm on an ART program, can I take Ovastart?
Of course you can! And it's even recommended, but please talk to your ART center beforehand :)
