For orders shipped to countries outside the above territories, the Client is the importer of the Products. ARTICLE 3 - PRICES

The Products are supplied at the prices in effect on the Website at the time of the order.

• Prices are expressed in GBP and in Euro, inclusive of VAT where applicable.

ARTICLE 4 - ORDERS

Clients must select the Products they wish to order on the Website following these steps:

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY

Delivery Conditions:

• Delivery times exclude Sundays and public holidays.

• Products will be delivered in a single shipment unless specified otherwise.

• Delivery times:

  • UK: 1 to 6 business days via Royal Mail or Amazon Next Day

  • EU: 2 to 14 business days

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method selected and will be displayed before the order is finalized.

ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Clients have 14 days from the delivery date to exercise their right of withdrawal. The Client must notify the Seller of their decision to withdraw via email at hello@sova-care.co.uk or using the contact form on the Website.

Returned Products must be in their original condition, including packaging and accessories, and must not show signs of damage or use. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the Seller receives the returned Products.

Exceptions to withdrawal rights include:

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.

• Digital content provided without physical media, once execution has begun.
