I suffer from ‘lean’ PCOS and came off the pill a year and a half ago to manage my symptoms naturally. I completely changed my lifestyle and all my symptoms cleared, however my period still did not return. I tried a number of other inositol supplements but they made me so bloated I couldn’t take for longer than a week. After taking SOVA for the last 3 months my period returned after 1.5 years - I have had 3 periods since, with my cycles getting shorter and shorter, my most recent one now down to just 33 days!! I am sure this would have been the case for many inositol supplements but this is the only one I have found that my body can tolerate. Cannot recommend enough 🩷

I have ovulated the past 3 cycles since taking this and I can't remember the last time I ovulated 3 cycles in a row. So I'm definitely going to keep taking it and hoping i get pregnant soon

It's been 3 months, and the anovulation bleeding that I've been experiencing for the past 6 months has stopped this month!
My periods are still longer than usual, but seem to be more regular. I'm going to keep taking to see if it makes any difference to my hair growth etc, but it's great to see some positives! Definitely think you have to push through and take for several months to see any impact.

Most reviews say you start to notice results after 3 months. I haven't quite hit 3 months yet, but I know from a reliable source that it works. Keep your fingers crossed for me! And do give it a go.

In 2012 I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis. Since then I've had several surgeries to try to reduce my period pain and shrink the cysts on both ovaries (10cm on the left, 12cm on the right).

After yet another operation in 2024, I decided I would never go under the knife again - because apart from enormous pain, scarring, worry and anxiety, nothing ever changed with my symptoms. The cysts always came back. The period pain too. In 2026, I changed gynaecologist. This time she wasn't a surgeon, and she wasn't pro-surgery either - thank goodness!

A few days before my first appointment with this new gynaecologist, my boyfriend came across a SOVA post on Instagram. I started this product 3 months ago. I've just come through 2 years without a period (except when on stimulation) and now I've had a period plus ovulation. Incredible.

I'm still only about 5 weeks in, but I have started to notice the moonface in my cheeks has gone down particularly in photographs. Still too early to notice any other changes but I'm hopeful that it's making a difference.

I started a course of Fertility Multivitamins 2 months before my egg retrieval. I'd done a previous one without SOVA and got 5 eggs and 1 embryo. For the second one we got 17 eggs, which gave us 6 embryos. Fingers crossed for what comes next.

So I have PCOS and I've been struggling with longer luteal phase symptoms, PMS and bad cramps. This is the first month where I didn't even know my period was coming! Just turned up with mid-level pain vs excruciating and within a normal range of 30 days. My acne has broken out a bit more, but I know it can take a while for your hormones to balance out.

I did 3 full cycles with Bye Painful Periods, and honestly it's like night and day. Before, my first two days of my period would floor me - I was nearly passing out from the pain and enormous contractions. Now I can manage the pain without any external medication, which is such a relief.

I was selected to test this product as someone who suffers from painful periods with significant cramping.
Over my cycles, I noticed a real difference: the pain was still there but much less intense, and above all far less disruptive day to day - to the point where I stopped thinking about it all day long.
I also noticed an improvement in my mood during my period.
I also saw a clear improvement digestively, with much less pain and discomfort.
That was actually the effect that gave me the most relief during my period.

I tried this supplement over 3 full cycles.

Before the trial, the first day of my period was a genuine source of dread. That day usually meant a complete stop to all activity - the pain was that intense. I'd spend most of it in bed with a hot water bottle, just trying to get through it, occasionally taking a paracetamol to take the edge off, even though I try to avoid medication as much as possible. Working every day with children, that day was particularly anxiety-inducing: managing that level of pain while looking after them felt unimaginable. I've even had episodes on the tube where I came close to fainting the pain was so violent, with a real urge to press the emergency button.

In terms of flow, my period lasted about a week with an especially heavy flow for the first three days. I'd regularly wake up in a pool of blood despite using appropriate protection, or stain seats during the day (white sofas - my absolute nightmare!).

Over the course of the cycles with the supplement, the pain gradually disappeared. By the third cycle, I barely felt anything at all! During the second cycle, I was even able to attend a full-day conference - I did feel a sharp pain at the start, but it eased off quickly. That same evening I went to an event with a breathwork and innerdance session and danced for an hour, which would have been completely unthinkable before.
The flow has also noticeably reduced. I no longer have to worry about leaks or staining like I used to. The duration of my period has also shortened, going from about a week to four days.

On the PMS front, I used to have all sorts of symptoms: weight gain, breast pain and tenderness, insomnia, cravings, mood swings and fatigue. The big win from the supplement is the disappearance of the breast pain and tenderness. The other symptoms are still there, but it's already a huge deal to have won on that front.

An unexpected but very welcome bonus: during the trial, I felt much more in tune with my body. Taking the capsules based on how I was feeling premenstrually made me feel more connected to my cycle.
