What subscription options are available?
We offer 2 subscription plans:
Monthly:
- You’ll receive your 1-month supply every month.
- This plan gives you 10% off all products in your subscription.
Every 3 months:
- You’ll receive your 3-month supply every 3 months.
- This plan gives you 15% off all products in your subscription.
In addition to adding or removing products from your routine whenever you want, you can also add one-time purchases if you’d like to try new formulas.
Please note: you can’t combine a 1-month pack with a 3-month subscription, or a 3-month pack with a monthly subscription.
If you want both, simply create two separate subscriptions.
How do I access my subscription?
You can access your subscription at any time from your Subscription Portal.
👉 Go to my SOVA Portal (You can also access it by clicking on your account icon, then “Manage my subscription”.)
For your first login, you’ll receive a magic link to enter this secure space.
From your portal, you’ll be able to manage all of your subscriptions.
How do I know my next delivery date?
In your subscription portal, you’ll find the next order date for each of your active subscriptions.
This date corresponds to your billing date: the moment your order is placed on our website (just as if you were placing it yourself).
You’ll then receive an order confirmation email, which will include your expected delivery date.
Can I bring my next delivery date forward?
Absolutely. From your subscription portal, you can move your next delivery forward by clicking “Order Now”.
Your following orders will remain on their originally scheduled dates.
If you want to shift all future deliveries, you should instead reschedule your subscription.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes. From your subscription portal, you can reschedule your next delivery.
Simply click “Reschedule my subscription” and choose a new date for your upcoming delivery.
All future orders will automatically update while keeping the same delivery interval.
Please note: you can reschedule within 30 days of your original delivery date.
Can I change the products in my subscription?
Of course. If you want to update quantities, switch a product, or add something new, you can do it directly from your subscription portal (as long as it’s before your next order is prepared).
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. You can skip a shipment if you still have stock or simply want to take a break.
Just click “Skip this delivery”. Don’t worry, your subscription will remain active and will automatically resume for the next cycle.
Please note: once a delivery has been skipped, it cannot be reactivated.
What does “pausing” my subscription mean?
Pausing your subscription simply means taking a temporary break.
You won’t be charged or receive any deliveries during this time, and you can restart it whenever you want with a single click from your portal.
When you pause your subscription, you can choose how long you want the pause to last: 1, 2, or 3 months.
How do I restart my subscription?
It’s very simple. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period you selected.
However, if you want to restart it earlier, just click “Resume my subscription” from your portal.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Sometimes a card expires or a payment is blocked by the bank.
If this happens, we’ll notify you by email and automatically retry the payment several times.
You can also update your payment method at any time from your portal to avoid interruptions.
If the payment still can’t be processed after multiple attempts:
- Your order may be delayed (if it’s just a temporary issue)
- Your subscription may be paused (if several payments fail)
- And in some cases, it may be suspended (if the issue continues)
But don’t worry, you can reactivate it at any time from your portal once the situation is resolved.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your portal by clicking “Cancel subscription”.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the already-paid period, and will then stop automatically.
Can I subscribe again later?
Yes, of course. You can re-subscribe anytime by clicking “Resume subscription” if it was paused, or “Reactivate subscription” if it was cancelled.
