How to use

For optimal use, take 2 sticks per day: one stick just before your first meal of the day and the other just before your last meal — ideally morning and evening.

If you skip breakfast, take your stick with your lunch.

When you notice significant improvement in your symptoms over several months, you can reduce to 1 stick per day only.

If you forget to take your stick at the beginning of your meal, you can perfectly take it before or after the meal. If you experience sensitivity to zinc when starting the product (digestive discomfort, nausea), we recommend beginning with an adaptation phase: take 1 stick per day with your meal for one week.

Zinc is an essential mineral involved in more than 200 enzymatic reactions in the body. It plays a key role in the growth of female reproductive cells, fertility, and pregnancy. Vitamin B9, in the form of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), is the active and directly bioavailable form of folate. It is essential for DNA synthesis and repair, as well as for the methylation of homocysteine — a crucial process for embryonic development and the prevention of neural tube defects. Unlike folic acid, 5-MTHF bypasses MTHFR gene polymorphisms, ensuring optimal effectiveness for everyone.

Vitamin B9

Vitamin B6, in its active form (P5P), is an essential cofactor in amino acid metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis (including serotonin and dopamine), and hormonal regulation. When will I start feeling the effects?

It varies for each woman and depends on the level of hormonal imbalance.
With Ovastart, some women regain regular cycles after just one month, while for others it can take a bit longer. That’s why we recommend a minimum of 3 to 6 months to properly assess the benefits.
In cases of strong insulin resistance, we suggest combining Ovastart with a 3-month course of Sugar Balance for optimal results.

Yes, absolutely. Ovastart is compatible with all types of treatments. However, if you are taking antidiabetic medication, do not take Ovastart at the same time. For example: if you take your medication in the morning and evening, take Ovastart at lunchtime instead — to avoid any potential side effects.

I’m undergoing fertility treatment (IVF), can I take Ovastart?
