Every ingredient we use has been studied and shown to support women’s well-being.
Our formulas are developed with the support of expert micronutritionists, biology engineers, and doctors of pharmacy specialised in women’s health — all in full compliance with European regulations.

A team of experts
Our in-house R&D lead works closely with our scientific committee.
Each formula is carefully reviewed by multiple independent experts — including micronutritionists, biology engineers, and pharmacists — to ensure an optimal blend of ingredients, drawing on their diverse expertise.

A powerful combination:
Ovastart vs. Other Inositol-Based Supplements
Like all our formulas, Ovastart is carefully designed with highly bioavailable actives. We’ve chosen a patented form of Vitamin B9 instead of the synthetic folic acid found in most supplements. Our Zinc and Vitamin B6 are also included in their most bioactive forms.
As for Inositol, we’ve combined both key isomers — Myo- and D-chiro-inositol — to ensure maximum effectiveness.

We've got answers for you
I haven’t been diagnosed — can I still take it?
If you’re experiencing hormonal imbalances marked by intense PMS, constant fatigue, or unexplained weight gain, Ovastart may be a helpful option.
It can also be beneficial for those with endometriosis or trying to conceive. For women in perimenopause, Ovastart may help support metabolic balance as well.
Who should definitely try this product?
Anyone dealing with irregular cycles, fatigue, acne, hair loss, excess hair growth, hormonal imbalance, or blood sugar dysregulation.
Can I take Ovastart alongside another supplement that contains Inositol?
We don’t recommend combining Ovastart with other supplements that also contain Myo-Inositol or D-Chiro-Inositol. It’s best not to exceed a daily intake of 4000mg of Inositol.
When will I start feeling the effects?
It depends on each woman and the severity of the hormonal imbalance. With OVASTART, some may see their menstrual cycle return after just one month, while for others it may take a bit more time.
That’s why we recommend a 3- to 6-month routine to truly experience the benefits.
If you’re dealing with significant insulin resistance, we suggest combining Ovastart with a 3-month course of Balance tes Sucres for optimal results.
Do I need to wait for my cycle to start Ovastart?
Ovastart is a hormone-free dietary supplement, so you can start your routine at any point in your cycle!
What matters most is consistency — take it daily for at least 3 months to see the full benefits.
Is Ovastart compatible with the pill or anti-androgen treatments?
Yes, absolutely — Ovastart is compatible with all treatments. However, if you're taking anti-diabetic medication, we recommend not taking Ovastart at the same time as your treatment. For example, if you take your medication in the morning and evening, you can take one stick of Ovastart at lunchtime to avoid any potential side effects.
I’m undergoing fertility treatment (IVF/IUI) — can I take Ovastart?
Absolutely — and it’s even recommended! That said, we encourage you to discuss it with your fertility clinic beforehand 😊
Ovastart has been widely studied for its ability to support ovulation and improve fertility, making it a helpful ally during assisted reproduction journeys.
