How to use

For best results, take 2 Ovastart sticks and 2 Omega 3 capsules per day.

Ovastart

Take one stick before your first meal of the day and one stick before your last meal (ideally morning and evening).

Once you’ve noticed consistent improvements over several months, you can reduce to 1 stick per day if needed.

If you forget to take your stick at the start of a meal, you can take it before or after the meal without any issue.

If you experience temporary sensitivity to zinc (digestive discomfort or mild nausea), we recommend a short acclimation phase: take 1 stick per day with a meal for one week, then move to the full daily dose.

Omega 3

Take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water, ideally during a meal.

Do I need to wait for my period to start the pack?

No. Ovastart is a hormone-free supplement, so you can start your routine at any time in your cycle.
The most important part is consistency: take it every day for at least 3 months.

When will I start noticing results?

It varies from woman to woman and depends on the level of hormonal imbalance.

With Ovastart, some women see their cycles shorten or regulate after 1 month, while others need a bit more time. This is why we recommend taking it for 3 to 6 months before fully evaluating the benefits.

If you have significant insulin resistance, we recommend pairing Ovastart with a 3-month course of Sugar Balance for more complete support.

Please note: supplements work best when combined with a healthy lifestyle — they are not magic pills!

Can I take Ovastart alongside another supplement that already contains inositol?

We don’t recommend combining Ovastart with other products that contain Myo-inositol or D-Chiro inositol.
Avoid exceeding a total daily intake of 4000 mg of inositol.

Are Ovastart and Omega 3 compatible with the pill? Or with anti-androgen treatment?

Yes: both supplements are compatible with contraceptives and anti-androgen treatments.

If you are taking an antidiabetic medication, avoid taking Ovastart at the same time of day as your treatment. For example: if you take your medication in the morning and evening, take one stick of Ovastart at lunchtime. This helps avoid any potential digestive discomfort.

A small suggestion for improvement: it would be helpful to have clearer dosage instructions (how long before eating should it be taken? Is a small snack enough, or is a full meal necessary? Plus, a bit of explanation on the metabolic reasoning behind this dosage would be appreciated). Also, is the treatment meant to be curative, or is it something that needs to be taken for life?
